Extracts of reishi, maitake, lion's mane, shiitake, chaga, cordyceps & turkey tail. Approx 30% ethanol, water.
Add 5ml of extract directly into your coffee, tea, fruit juice or water once daily, ideally in the morning. Take two hours away from Western medication.
